This project will include 50 units of affordable, low-income housing for the formerly homeless, including 20 units for homeless and disabled veterans. Located in the Hillyard district of Spokane, the project involves the historic rehabilitation of a building that originally served as the Hillyard School and was later converted to the Martindale Apartments. This project was designed to meet Washington Evergreen Development Standards. Scheduled completion date is January 2012.
